About the festival

The Central Florida Peanut Festival is our biggest day of the year. Every fall, the Chamber fills Heritage Park with vendors, live music, fair food, and thousands of neighbors and visitors. It is a celebration of the peanut industry that helped build this part of Florida, and of the community that keeps it growing.

Admission is free. Bring the family, come hungry, and plan to stay a while.

What to expect

• More than 100 craft, food, and business vendors filling Heritage Park
• Live music on the community stage throughout the day
• A kids' zone with games, rides, and activities
• Local food trucks and, of course, peanuts every way you can imagine
• A car and tractor show celebrating Levy County's rural roots

Vendor spaces are now full!!!

Vendor applications for 2026 open mid May every year. Booths go fast: applications are time-stamped and handled in the order they come in, so the sooner you send yours, the better your spot. Chamber partners pay less.

The deadline is noon on Friday, September 18, 2026. No vendors are accepted after that.

Booth fees

• Food, for profit: $100 for Chamber partners, $150 for everyone else. Insurance required.
• Non-food, for profit: $75 for Chamber partners, $100 for everyone else.
• Not for profit, information or giveaways only: $50 for Chamber partners, $75 for everyone else.
• Political groups, agencies, and clubs: $100.

A booth is about 15 feet wide and at least 12 feet deep. Electricity is free but not guaranteed, so bring heavy-duty extension cords. Generators must be quiet ones.

Before you apply

• Selling food, offering children's rides, or bringing live animals? You need a current Certificate of Insurance.
• Food vendors also owe the State of Florida $91 for the licensing inspection, paid on event day.
• List everything you plan to sell, display, or give away on the form.
• Pay by check or money order to the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 369, Williston, FL 32696. Card works in person or by phone with a 4% fee. No refunds.
• Set up Friday afternoon from 1pm, or Saturday at 7am. Be ready by 8:30am, and no breaking down before 3pm.
