OUR BEGINNING

The Williston Area Chamber of Commerce was incorporated July 19, 1985. The first board of directors was R. Gerald Hethcoat, president; William T. Coker, president-elect; D.A. Kendall, secretary; E.A.W. "Pan" Zettler, treasurer and directors, Joseph Lewis, Jack Hoy, Robert Sandlin, Joseph Carroll and G. Frank Etheridge.
